Job Brief: iLogitron Technologies is looking for potential and dynamic Candidates who can deliver measurable success and strategize most effective projects. As a Social Media Manager , one will be responsible for monitoring our social media initiatives and implement successful marketing practices. For this role, one should have a deep understanding of how different social networks operate. Ultimately, he/she should strengthen our online presence and increase our brand awareness through effective social media strategies and campaigns.
Initially, one will be under 3 months contract period , post which the company will evaluate their performance for renewal of contract for the next 3 months and so on for a period of 2 years. During the tenure, one’s performance will be scrutinized regularly and will be graded accordingly.

Responsibilities:

1. Handling social media accounts & analyzing social media post metrics.

2. Content Creation, regular updates, run ad campaigns & analysis

3. Digitally promote market products under concerned project.

4. Making a note of posts that perform poorly and finding evidence for why this may be

5. Shall also be available to address online queries or grievances

6. Reporting to the reporting manager on weekly basis

Requirements & eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification : MBA preferable or any graduate with appropriate 6 months of experience.

• Having Knowledge of Technologies like Php, Java, JSP, HTML, CSS , Bootstrap, CodeIgniter, Laraval.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices

• Good knowledge about poster designing and content creation

• The ability to analyze data (specifically related to user behavior and engagement)

• Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends

• Fimiliar with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns

• Decision-making skills

• Organizational behavior and time-management skills

1. Designing, building & maintaining website and software application

2. Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritizing needs, developing content and choosing solutions

5. Staying plugged into emerging technologies and applying them into operations and activities

6. Testing software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
